Melinda is a chemical engineer, operations leader, project manager, and analyst with nearly two decades of experience supporting complex manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance, reliability, and capital project environments.
Her background includes hands-on experience with large-scale operations, cost analysis, project justification, performance improvement, capital planning, maintenance data, and cross-functional decision-making. This practical foundation allows her to understand both the technical details and the real-world constraints organizations face when evaluating options or planning improvements.
